Bob is more powerful than Jim.
Presentation
Use very large versions of these cards on the board.
Use 2 cards as examples and make 6 different examples for each of the attributes.
For example: Bob is more powerful than Jim.
Make sure you stick dark colored paper on the reverse so the students can’t see through them. Put all 9 of them on the board face down and write numbers above them in chalk. Tell the students it’s a “MONSTER BATTLE”. The first battle is a POWERFUL battle.
As the student to choose a number for the card. Then you choose a card. The winner must make a sentence! After, get the whole class to chant the answer.
Put the cards back on the board face down and tell the kids the next battle is a “BEAUTIFUL BATTLE”. Repeat this until all of the sentences have been practiced. Try and keep a note of each card and try and lose MOST of the battles. (this give the students a chance to make a sentence themselves)
